Q: How much are your wigs?
A: Prices of wigs can vary depending on length, color, type etc. There is no specific price for all wigs. Feel free to visit the "Create Your Own Custom Wig" section to get an idea on how much a certain type of wig costs.
Q: What kind of hair do you use?
A: I provide 100% Virgin Human Hair and Raw Indian Hair.
Q: How long do your wigs last?
A: My Virgin hair wigs lasts 2-3 years with proper care and maintenance. (Lace may need to be replaced after a while depending on how often the unit is worn). My Raw Hair wigs last 5 years with proper care and frequent maintenance.
Q: What is the turn around time for custom wigs?
A: Turn around time is between 7-14 days. That includes shipping. BYOB services take 1-3 business days to be completed.
Q: Do you offer pick ups or delivery?
A: Yes I offer pickups and delivery for residents in Altamonte Springs, FL and surrounding areas (Orlando, Sanford, Deltona, Longwood etc)
Q: Do you offer installs?
A: Yes, I do offer installs.
Q: Can I add specific instructions for wigs before shipping?
A: Yes, if you would like your wig to have any additional add-ons (styling, cutting the lace etc.) please add it to the “notes” section in your cart. Please know that changing or adding colors to any wigs are an additional fee.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: shipping for U.S. residents can take between 1-5 business days depending on location.
Q: Can my custom order be rushed?
A: Yes, you do have the option to have your custom wig rushed.
Q: What is the refund policy?

We do offer returns and exchanges under certain circumstances. If you are unsatisfied with any purchases, please contact me via email at info@trulydivinehair.com or through any social media platform and I will do my best to accommodate you.
If your return is accepted, you will be refunded through your original form of payment. Refunds can take 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
Q: What shipping carrier do you use?
A: UPS for standard delivery unless you choose USPS at checkout and USPS for all expedited delivery services and delivering to PO Boxes.
