Shipping + Return Policy

Standard shipping is free and can take anywhere between 1-2 business days to ship out and 2-5 business days to receive for U.S. residents depending on your location. Holiday season could take a little longer depending on shipping carrier turn around times.

Expedited shipping can take 1-2 business days to ship out and 1-2 business days to receive (business days excludes Sundays). There is an expedited fee of $25 that will be applied at checkout.

We do offer returns and exchanges under certain circumstances. If you are unsatisfied with any purchases, please contact me via email at info@trulydivinehair.com or through any social media platform and I will do my best to  accommodate you.

If your return is accepted, you will be refunded through your original form of payment. Refunds can take 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
